Rapé is an ancestral medicine of the Amazon that contains a combination of sacred tobacco, tree ash, and other plants and herbs. Each blend is made with prayers, intentions, and for specific purposes.

Rapé is known for its cleansing abilities, to enhance focus and connection with the spirit world, and to provide grounding and centering effects.

When shared, rapé is administered through a Tepi and blown into the nostrils. When used alone, it is self-administered with the use of a kuripe.
