What an Experience in Colombia could look like…

Here’s some things you can experience with us in Colombia, this magical territory of the Condor:

Inipi Ceremony, also known as a sweat lodge, where you get to experience the ego death, and the reborn through the womb of the Pachamama.

Plant Bath, knows as Riego which is done to prepare & protect you. It’s made with local Rue for protection, Basil for good spirits & Lemongrass for joy & levity. Also for the ladies, Yoni Steam, with other traditional plants to cleanse, soothe and heal the uterus/womb space. 

Some ceremonies begin with mambe & ambil. Mambe is the mother, the sacred Mama Coca, medicine of the Andes and Amazon used ritually to connect with Pachamama. Ambil is the father, the sacred Grandfather Tobacco, revered medicine by all ancient traditions of our continent, the ambil is made after cooking tobacco leaves for hours, with stories and songs as prayers, and then the extract is added with salt extracted ritually from some plants of the jungle. 

Mambeadero is a traditional word circle where the elders share stories and wisdom from the jungle, the purpose of the mambeadero is to weave the word of life, the main teaching of the elders of the Colombian amazon . 

Grandfather tobacco ceremony, which is traditionally used by women to cleanse and heal the masculine. Very powerful for opening channels to heal the masculine lineage.

Rapé or Hapé is a tobacco snuff that’s blown gently up the nasal passage. It’s incredibly grounding & brings you out of your mind into your body to focus & center as preparation ceremony, or can be a ceremony itself.

Yopo is a seed from a very tall tree so it said to have powers of the heavens and cosmos. This medics has been use by several indigenous tribes, from Puerto Rico to Argentina, the medicine we work with is from the Sikuani and the Piaroa tribes. In the myth of origen of the Sikuanis, the story originates with the ancient 9 Gods blessing this territory until the hiti hiti tried to steal it & the Gods turned him into a  hummingbird. It can only be found in a straight line where he flew from the top of South America to the bottom where it disappeared forever.

Yopo from the Sikuani Tribe is traditionally a pleasant and light medicine taken during the day. Yopo from the Piaroa tribe is an overnight Ceremony and can be a portal to the fifth dimension.

Yagé is the Colombian Ayahuasca, also made from the Ayuhusca vine & Chacruna plant but from the sacred territory of Putumayo where the Siona Tribe originated. They are the first on record to have discovered & served yage as a medicine, at least in Colombia. All ayahuasca flows down the Amazon from this territory. 

We take 2 days to trek into this magical territory to sit with the Legendary Taita Marcelino in the Maloka of Grateful Words.

We also have the privilege to visit & study with the Visionary artist & Medicine Man Javier Lasso in the famous Maloka of the Southern Cross. 

In Paulo’s Maloka we host the Elders Abuela Gloria, it’s very rare to sit with a Female Shaman in this lineage. She’s very special and ends ceremony with a Tobacco cleaning ritual.

The legendary Grandfather Pachecho, son of Tiata Pacho also visits us with his wisdom & stories of his famous father who represents the sprit of the jaguar. 

We end our time together with Bufo Alvarius, the toad of Sonora desert. This medicine, also known as the god molecule responsibly and sustainably sourced from our sister tribe in Mexico. It comes with the power & love of the Great Spirit. This experience reminds us that we were all love. We’re all one. We are walking each other home. 🙏🏼✨🌬️🌱
